Tech Touch, organised by Touch, which is the product of Digitalmate Ltd. (“Tech Touch” or “TT”).

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

The event tickets and products purchased at this website are non-refundable and we do not do any return, unless there are some health issues confirmed by the document signed by the doctor and sealed at the respective clinic, which can be sent with the detailed explanation of the reason for the return to info@touch.ge not more than 1 week before the event start date, with the Subject line “Return ticket because of health issues reasons”.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website. You agree to use up to date email addresses and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer any refund to the products and services purchased via our website or our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Vimeo, Twitter, LinkedIn). The tickets to the Tech Touch event can be purchased only on the website of Touch. No resellers or distributors are allowed to sell tickets to the Tech Touch event which is organised on 29-31 May 2020 online, via the Pinetool.ai web and mobile application. Touch is not responsible for tickets purchased at other places than the official event website, nor these tickets give access to the events by Touch.

The only reason for a return is serious health issues that make it impossible attending the event, proved by the document signed by the doctor and sealed at the respective clinic, which should be sent to info@touch.ge not later than 1 week before the start date of the event.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and detailed explanation.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without notice.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

The tickets for Touch events are non-refundable under any circumstances except for the listed below:

Tech Touch - Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, partners, suppliers and volunteers at our event are required to agree with the following Code of Conduct. Organisers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, technology choices, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Any content that may somehow recall sexual images or examples of harassment aimed to explain the speaker’s talk or presentation, but that is not aimed for real harassment of any attendee, listener or reader of the online broadcast of the Tech Touch, may be allowed on the Summit under the strict and thorough control of the organizing team.

Participants that are asked by the organisers to stop any harassing behaviour are expected to comply immediately.

Sponsors are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, sponsors should not use sexualised images, activities, or other material. Booth staff (including volunteers) should not use sexualised clothing/uniforms/costumes or otherwise create a sexualised environment. Using sexually underlined content or marketing tools by the exhibitors will not be allowed under any circumstances.

If a participant engages in harassing behaviour, the Summit organisers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the Tech Touch with no refund.

Summit staff will be happy to help participants to feel safe for the duration of the Tech Touch conference. We value your attendance.
